Shipping fees, delivery times and locations vary. So please use this section to ensure we fit your needs.
All our products ship internationally.
In general, US orders ship faster than International orders. Delivery times range from 1-14 days for domestic US orders. (the type of shipping you choose at checkout will affect this) Although, please allow at least 2-6 weeks for International shipping.
Please check the exact rate on the checkout page once you have added your address. During holiday seasons, please be mindful that there may be delays.
Shipping costs will vary depending on your address, chosen shipping method, and your orders weight, size, and quantity. Some of our products ship FREE. For the rest, shipping varies between $2.80-20.00. (depending on the above mentioned factors)
Please note that International shipments may incur customs fees, VATs, and taxes varying by the country.
Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process.
Returns and exchanges
Your happiness is our #1 priority and fuels all that we do. If you have a problem with your order, please look below to find out if you're eligible to and how to make a return.
We have a 7-Day FREE Return policy (excluding shipping).
If you'd like to make a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will tell you what information we need and what steps to follow next. If your return is accepted, you'll receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We don’t allow exchanges once your order has been placed. However, we do have a 7-Day FREE Return Policy in case you received an incorrect product that doesn’t match your order, or in case you don’t like the product, or wish to get a different size or design. If you’d like to return your item for a refund, please see the above bullet "What is your Returns and Refunds Policy?" to view our return policy and see if your item qualifies for a return.
Ordering and payment

To check your order status, please refer to the tracking number you have received with your order confirmation email.
You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of submitting it by contacting our customer support team in the "Chat with us!" in the bottom right.
After the first 60 minutes; we wont' be able to make changes to an order once it’s been submitted.
Keep in mind that our customer support center's response time is around 24 hours.
*Please be aware that you will be charged on your credit card or Paypal account right after an order has been placed. In the case of a cancelation; please allow 2-5 business days before the payment provider will process your refund.
PS: For custom items (for example: MyIntent's WORD bracelets) once you place your order and your item has been created, we wont be able to honor a refund for your custom item.
Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online guests is secure. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used to protect every Impower payment transaction between our servers and your computer.
Please see the bottom of any Impower webpage to see the icons of payment options we accept. We cannot split payments between credit cards.
You will be charged as soon as you place your order. Once you’ve placed an order, we will update you with a shipping confirmation email.
All dollar amounts on the website are presented in US currency.
The charges to your credit card will reflect the current exchange rate from your currency to USD.
Getting tax exemption can only be done manually by our agents after you have placed an order. If you have a tax exemption and you wish to claim tax exemption; please contact us at email@example.com.

We completely recognize that once someone purchases our product they can do what they want with it. We do not, however, support those who acquire our or our brands product to resell at an elevated price point.
We are a drop shipping company, meaning that as of now all the product we sell are our vendors and not ours. We do not claim to own these vendor brands nor to have created their products. When you place a purchase, the very far majority of the profit goes to the vendors to support the influencers/brands you know and love on their mission to transform the world. The products you buy on our site are never counterfeits and always authentic directly from the vendor. We have signed agreements with all our vendors to ensure this.
At Impower we are committed to providing our guests with the highest quality products and we are aware that imitations of our products or our vendors are produced and sold. To protect our guests, our brand, and our vendors, we‘re committed to addressing counterfeits.
Our Brand Protection team takes the issue of counterfeiting very seriously— we will not tolerate counterfeiting and we will actively seek legal action against infringers. We are also working to remove unauthorized websites and auction site listings.
